  Pixel dropouts during upconvert from Varicam 720 to 1080 Uncompressed

  Hi,

  I am currently doing some testing with a project that has been shot on Varicam 720p, and captured via FireWire. The process has then been to upconvert the timeline to 1080p Uncompressed and output to HD-CAM.

  For some reason, after rendering, some pixel dropouts have appeared in the program. They show up as a single pixel, turning grey for a frame. I have checked back in the Varicam Native timeline, and these pixel dropouts are not there. I have also checked in the original footage.

  Is anyone else using this workflow, and encountering this issue?
