I have a large image in a comp that I have scaled down. Is there a place to see the numerical representation of its new dimensions within my comp other than pulling out a calculator and doing the math?

I just want to know how wide and high it is without having to multiply. Yes, I’m that lazy. 😉

Right-click (or Control-click) on the Scale property in the Timeline panel. Choose Edit Value. Change Units to Pixels in the Scale dialog box. Voila!

I found this answer on the “Scale or flip a layer” page of After Effects Help by searching in After Effects Community Help, using your thread title as the search term.

WOW thanks… In three years of using AE, I never knew about that.
