Hi, I’m looking to do a digital error effect, such as the one when a cell phone or any digital video shows; kind of a few frames of static “pixel noise” where all the image is distorted by this pixels.
    -Example here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lh-D2_IGGcE

If there is any PLUGIN, particulary for VEGAS, would be ideal. Otherwise, a plugin for any software (such as After Effects) is ok, OTHERWISE haha just tell me how could this effect be done manually on After Effects or Vegas… I also thought about doing the still images on Photoshop, but a video solution would be much better for me.

THANKS A LOT! This is needed for my thesis 🙂

Time displacement in After Effects will work if you make a blocky map in a precomp to drive it.
