    i need help with pixel aspect ratios in regards to HD freeze frames ,
    everytime i change the pixel aspect ratio in photoshop and save as a jpg it remains a square file .

    I have been trying to figure this out for days and days and days ,

    please help I really need to update my website

    Pixel Aspect ratio in Photoshop is for display purposes only. (In fact, there is a dialogue box reminding you of exactly this fact–did you disable it?) You have to go to Image Size and resize the image by the appropriate percentage (uncheck the “constrain proportions” box) if you want to post your freeze frames to the web.
