    That’s a clip marker. If you don’t need it, you can click on it to select it in the Source Monitor, then go to Marker > Clear Selected Marker (or use the appropriate keyboard shortcut).

    Alternatively, you can hide the appearance of clip markers. In the Source Monitor, click the wrench menu and disable “Show Markers.” In the Timeline panel, click the wrench menu and disable “Show Clip Markers.”

    Looks like a long marker.

    I would also say that looks like a marker. If you double-click on it in the Source monitor, it should open the Marker dialog.
