I’m looking to create an image similar to a pin sculpture, i was going to do it by projecting splines onto the object and then using extrude nurbs to get the depth. The problem is that the splines will map exactly to the object whilst i want them to be rigid at the end. Is there a way to use MoGraph to achieve what i’m after?

The end result i am looking for is as if the object has been made up from bar charts sort of.

    Any help would be great.

Cloner Object in Object mode. Pin object as child of Cloner and the surface the pins are stuck to in the Object slot of the Cloner Object’s ‘Object’ tab. Then uncheck Align Clone in that same tab.

Thanks for your help, that is kind of the thing i meant but the problem is that the pins do not stay in a grid, is there anyway to keep them uniformly spaced

Yeah, it uses the structure of the object so if it’s not a regular grid….
