Picture Compilation with DVD Architect 4.0
I’m using DVD Architect 4.0, and I made a fairly nice Picture Compilation. The one thing I don’t like, though, is the total lack of features. The only things it can do to the pictures is pan, zoom, pan AND zoom, or pan OR zoom. It leaves a lot to be desired really. Are there any downloadable add-ons for more effects? Am I missing a menu where I can do more things to pictures? Is there a better way to do this in Vegas? Is there another program out there that will do this better?

DVD Architect is a DVD authoring app, not an editor. FX an such are found in an editor.

Thank you, and I understand that, but even though it’s an authoring app it has a wizard for picture compilation creation, so my question still stands, is there any way to get more effects for that wizard? and if there isn’t, do you know of any other programs (editor or authoring) that would do the same basic thing but with more effects?

There are no plugins, add-ins, or other tools for Architect.
Vegas can make these exact same slideshows, easily and quickly with a tool like Ultimate S or StillMotion, and adding other FX, color correction/distortion, etc is very fast.Douglas Spotted Eagle
