    hello,
we are working on a project in FCP and we wanted to add titles for the show but the show in motion appear a lot darker as it originally is. Like the gamma is lot lower as it should be.
I tried to find some kind of preference that points to a lower gama as it is but I could not find it.
Can anyoune help me on this?

Motion does all of its work in RGB color space. FCP prefers to work in YUV color space (depending on what codec you’re working with). When you move your footage from YUV to RGB and back again, you get that gamma shift.

What I do is bring the titles in without the background video, & drop it on top of the video in FCP.

i am working in apple uncompressed 8 bit 422. And the same compressor is used in both applications.
So there is nothing I can do to have the same colorspace in both of them?
