Lately, as after changing to Kona LS, I have been having trouble with pic files (w/alpha keys) after placing dissolve and wipe transitions on them. The pic will bounce and turn jagged during the transition, then straighten out after. No issues during Cinewave or Kona IO. I am not sure that KONA is the reason but I would like some suggestions.

That’s sounds like a Render issue.

Are you sure you are rendering at the highest quality?

MY RENDER SETTING IS SET TO 100%. My Timeline is set to 10bit uncompressed. When I place the pic on the timeline I get a green bar. I force a render but the bar stays green. Thoughts?

Did you set your (Sequence Settings) Video Processing tab, Motion Filtering Quality to Normal or Best?

    Thanks Wayne.

Never went into the video tab. I have read where the Normal is the same as the best in 4.5. And that Best is what is desired. I have corrected the current sequences and created a new easy setup.

You may still run into issues if your graphics vertical height
    is larger than 540.

I bet when you installed your LS your sequence render settings got reset. If the bar is still green, you aren’t rendered. Go to sequence > render all and sequence > render selection and put a check mark next to all of the available options,
