  • pI Output size doesn’t increase in ratio – cannot get above 520×480

Posted by Riw Sfx on August 11, 2006 at 2:23 pm

I have made a short project in Particle Illusion, but when I come to export I cannot maintain the correct ratio. I want 100% zoom – i.e. full 640×480 quality, but when I enter 100% the ratios I get given are 520×480 and I cannot change them. In fact, increasing the zoom level over ##% only increases the height, leaving the width contstantly at 520.

how can I solve this please as my project is designed for 640×480

    Thanks

Make your stage window large enough to fit a 640×480 stage at 100% zoom.

How do I do that please?

I have right clicked and done Zoom to fit, but still on 100% zoom when I sleect output the max I get is 520×240, but I can get the right ration if I sleect a smaller zoom (e.g. 10% = 64×48) I have also tried zooming further out and then clicking the output button, but still making no progress

Thanks for any ideas to fix this

You didn’t read what I wrote.

Make the stage window larger. Drag the edges, or use Alt-3 to zoom the stage.

    You can also use pIllusionRender.

Thanks, sorry I didn’t understand your first response.

The Alt-3 worked fine, then I can get back to my normal view with Alt-1

    Thanks
