Photoshop water collision?
I’m attempting to create a flood scene, but I can’t get the water to look as though it’s actually hitting the buildings. I need to do this, but replace one of the jets of water with a wall; what is the process to accomplish this?

May I ask if you are trying to add this water on your picture to hit a building wall of some sort in the backgrounds? I can see it being in front of the building wall after removing the blue background but not sure how you want it to hit it. Seems the water has high pressure when colliding one another so a bit more explanation on this would help me understand better on what you want. Hope to hear from you soon and best of luck!
