  Photoshop “Update Text” question

  This probably is a stupid question but does anyone know why when you create
  a Photoshop document, save it, close it and reopen it you get asked if you
  want to update the text? I am using Photoshop for windows on the same PC
  with no changes to anything and I get this prompt over and over.

  Any insight would be appreciated.
