    Does anyone know if you can use photoshop plugins in FCP?

    I am looking at the new Eye Candy and it has a bunch of effects that if “cross usable” would be a good buy.

    No. PS plugins don’t even work in AE anymore.

    You can always export an image sequence, & run your filter on the image sequence using Photoshop’s automation. Or if you have the new PS Extended, I think you can now import a QT directly into PS.
