Is there going to be any kind of Quicktime-based framebuffer for Photoshop CS3 extended..Seeing as it now supports video?

Some kind of interactive output via the decklink would be awesome in PS – instead of the hotkey output frame function. Is there any way to get the same kind of response in PS as you can in After Effects?(when moving layers about on canvas for instance)

That would be cool and i suspect you would not have to use CS3 to get it done. Though I don’t know how they could do that being that the bm stuff is all quicktime based.

My graphics/3D/Compositor guy has a matrox parhelia that came with plugins for 3dsmax, photoshop and after effects to output the signal,
    works great.

Does the Parphelia have a ‘live’ output to the broadcast monitor from photoshop then? Or is it hotkey operated like the Decklink?

If Matrox can do it, I see no reason why BMD can’t! Any BMD guys wish to comment?

    Hi,

Yeah we definitely want to support Photoshop CS3 and if Photoshop CS3’ss SDK allows us to have live preview, that’s even better.

    regards
