  Photoshop New Project Issues !!!

  Currently whenever I make a new project with aspect ratio of 16:9 it looks like a 21:9, making it seem much wider and harder to implement for my desired usage !
  ALSO another major problem at this point, I can’t save a project with a 3D layer as Jpeg or PNG file I only have options such as tiff,raw or PSD, but nothing that I can later use with video editing, why is that ?
  I’ve seen many tutorials but when they hit save they have the Jpeg and PNG options but I don’t why is that ?

  My project settings are 32-RGB,5000×2813 Size is 161, Tiff output became 500Mbs..
  I need a solution I do not want to start this thing over again, Thank you.
