January 21, 2011 at 6:22 amis there a “Understanding adobe Photoshop ” in CS5 version?
From the outcast this book looks very good as a beginner book for me. I know my way around most adobes products, so I guess this would help to get quick up to paste.

January 29, 2011 at 5:53 pmI like the video tutorials, podcasts, etc. What is out there to view for the absolute beginner. I have CS-5 and will be working on photos, mostly in Canon’s CR2 file format. What is needed would take me from “Ok, now you have opened Photoshop” to a point where I can understand just what all I have in CS-5 and what all I can do with it. Like everyone else, free is best.
