I’ve been using my Eye Candy filters on my Photoshop CS2 v9 on my G5 Quadcore Mac with no
problems for over a year on my old OS X v.10.4 system, but after installing
    v. 10.5.8 yesterday, Photoshop crashes whenever I try using any of my Eye Candy filters.

    Any solutions for this?

    thank you,

    Todd

Don’t know if this will solve your problem or not but Alien Skin has some updates available. You might want to check them out; here’s the link:

    Hi Art,

Thanks for your reply, it looks like this is my only solution they’ve given me:

“Unfortunately, there’s no remedy for the problem at this time. If you need to update to Leopard, we recommend you also upgrade to the newest version of Photoshop.”

Funny thing; because of this damn recession, we’ve all probably had to drop our prices as illustrators/animators/etc. (I had to), but the prices for Macs and Mac-based software remains the same.

Oh well, maybe my “big break” is just around the corner…………………..(;oP?)
