  photoshop cs+ required — will Xara work??

  I’m looking at a web template that requires photoshop cs+

  I’m way behind on the latest and greatest adobe photo shop versions..

  For my needs 4 has been fine.

  I do have Xara Extreme Pro 4.0 Will this work to use the photoshop files??
