I am working with 8 bit nintendo graphics, yes the blocky 4 color ones. I am trying to double the size but everytime I do photoshop auto anti aliases it making it look terrible. How can i resize to %200 without antialiasing of any kind?

In Photoshop’s Image Size dialog window, choose “Nearest Neighbor” in the Resample Image pulldown. It’s at the very bottom of the Image Size dialog window. AFAIK, that will resize by simply recreating the nearest pixels and applying no antialiasing.
