  Photos without limits in FCP X

  When you bring in large photographs to FCP 7, if you clicked the motion tab the size was less than 100%. That allowed a lot of room for zooming.

  In FCP X no matter how large the photograph is, the scale is 100% which leaves no room for zooming.

  Here’s the fix

  In FCP X, select the photo, then open the Inspector and scroll down to the bottom.

  Set Spacial Conform to None and your image acts as it does in FCP 7.
