I needed to create a movie with about 100 stills in AE. Each photo had a move and scale applied to it. The move and scale were not repeatable because each photo was composed differently. At the end of each photo, a fade out was done with transparency.

But In the end, instead of 4 seconds for each photo, I needed to change the time to 5 seconds per photo.
Was there an easy shortcut to applying a time change to every photo? Maybe something with expressions?

    Thank you in advance.

    Layer>time>time remap
    Stretch the time.

Or if you have production bundle
Effect>time>timewarp and set the speed to 75%.

You can just precompose your final comp, collapse geometries, and do a stretch of 125% on that layer.
