Photo forced perspective?
Hi All;
I am seeing an effect a lot these day in which a photo seems to be 3-d there seems to be space between the subject and background in the photo. Is this accomplished by rotoing out the subject?

Yes, most people dissect the photo up in section, add it to AE or Motion. You might want to take a look at this tutorial: https://www.videocopilot.net/tutorial/3d_compositing/
