Phantom Cine AMA for Avid v1.0 – Beta Testers
Hi Everyone,
I am really pleased to announce our new Glue Tools line of Avid AMA plugins!
The first one is an AMA plugin for Avid Media Composer 6.5.x as well as Media Composer 7.x. This plugin provides the editor with native support for all Phantom Cine files. With this plugin, the editor not only gets full metadata support, but also has full access to the color settings of the RAW file. The editor can adjust the very same color controls that are available inside the camera. As this is a Raw file format, the adjustments are not baked in.

This plugin requires the following:
– MacOSX 10.7.5 or 10.8.3 (or later)
– A NVidia or ATI Graphics card that is OpenCL Compatible. (Intel GPUs will not work.)
– Avid Media Composer 6.5.x or 7.0 (or later)
– Phantom Cine footage. (If you need sample footage, email me!)In the coming months we will have a Windows 7 version of this plugin as well.
For our ARRI customers, you can also expect to see an ARRIRAW plugin, too. This is currently being developed, as we speak. Stay tuned!

Hi,
I’d be interested in trying the beta version, as we’re having issue with the older version of Gluetools.

I just posted a release version for the Mac users.
I am working on a release for Windows 7 – 32 & 64-bit.
