pftrack closes automatically after few seconds
hello. im new to pftrack .after a few minutes even doing something or not. iam not even able to create a new project. also its showing a message when launching it The GUI requres a desktop width of least 1377 pixels (its currently 1366)

my desktop resolution is 1366X768,
im using acer aspire laptop. Windows 7 64 bit ultimate SP1
specs i7 4500u1.8 ghz,
12 gb ram, amd R7 m265 2gb
Pftrack version is 2012 1.1 -

You should probably contact Pixel Farm support.

my coworker said it must be a graphics card comparability as it is amd chip no hope for it to work.. any suggesions mate ?
edit : amd cards wont supports no good 3d softwares like element 3d or pftrack im stick with this

This is an After Effects forum. Adobe has nothing to do with Pftrack. Pixel Farm develops Pftrack and you should contact their support.
