I have a letter “e” that i want to make look like it is laying on the ground. It needs to have perspective. I am having brain freeze finding this in 7.0. i have tried the 3d filter but I am not getting the look i want. I almost want it to tilt on the middle axis of the letter. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you not just free transform the layer and distort/perspective as per with P/Shop? I don’t think Illustrator has a true 3D space, like After Effects does. Though I wish it did! (Likewise for P/shop!)

If I’m wrong please someone show me where it is and I’ll smile allday long!
