People using LaCie thunderbolts?
Posted by Mark Slocombe on September 9, 2013 at 4:54 pmWe have used Promise Pegasus drives exclusively, without problems – but I see LaCie 8TB 2big Thunderbolt Series RAID Hard Drive are much less expensive per TB. Anyone using the LaCies? Any feedback?

September 9, 2013 at 6:41 pmI have the 6TB model. Very cool to touch. Fast. Mostly quiet. My model makes a strange tweeting noise every so often which LaCie said is due to the specific drives they use. I got used to it, but worth noting.
