People having hard time printing HDV back out to tape?
Anyone having a hard time with this?

I did, but then I figured out that you need to close FCP, make sure your deck/camera is set to HDV in VCR mode and is on, plug it in via firewire, then start up FCP again and it should recognize the camera. Do regular print to video and it should work.
