    Hello
    I have a video clip in which two men are talking to each other ..I want to blur only one man ,who is not talking .
    I Used Pen tool and draw sketch around the person ,i wanted to blur ,and then goto effects and apply Lens Blur , but it produced Blur on the whole clip .
    Kindly guide Me 🙂

    Try making a solid of any color, using the elipse tool, placing the solid over the guy you want to blur and use the mode Add. Press M two times like MM and feather the solid, so you can see the guy’s body/head. Press on the solid layer and go to effects and apply to blur. Should work, not sure tho.

    You need to duplicate your video layer then on the duplicate, use the pen tool to create an additive mask around the silent man and apply your blur.

    Charlie’s idea is actually a better solution so long as you make sure the solid layer is an adjustment layer (look for a check box for the solid layer in a column denoted by a black and white disk).
    Make sure the adjustment layer is above the video layer you want to affect.
