Pen & Ink Hatch Effect
Where is the hatch effect?? I can’t find it anywhere nor can I find it in the help file/search.

They used to be in Illustrator under effect >>pen & Ink >> Hatch effects. They bascially rendered a mezzotint look of your imaeg so were useful for rough effects.
The filters are not there anymore on my CS at work (have notseen them in quite a while and have nto seen them on my CS2 at home), but check your install CD incase it is a goodie or extra item that can be installed. Not sure what happened to them.
