peel-and-stick button guides
I am not sure this product exists, but I hope it does.
I’d like to put a textured peel-and-stick “dot” on the side of my EX1R so I can locate the zebra/peaking buttons, without looking for them. Just curious as to whether anybody else does this, and if so, what you use.

Well, it’s not what they are for, Bob, but this might work.
Just this week we were dealing with some props that had little peel-n-stick Velcro dots on them. You could try those… either the “loops” side for soft comfort, or the “hooks” side for a rougher feel.
Might work.

If you are really careful with the applicator, you could make tiny, near-invisible dots of superglue on the body next to the switch you want, like Braille dots. Or use old-fashioned Dymo labeling tape with letters or symbols; your finger will feel the raised bumps and edges.
