peak file generation question/problem
I am using prem pro CS5, win 7 64 bit, and have set up my preferences to generate the media cache files in a location other than the default location.
Now when i create a project and bring in the media files..specifically the avi files, prem pro creates the peak files and it is placed in the specified location..so far so good…however if i close the project and save it and then at some later point, even the same day, it then re-generates all the peak files, even tho they are still in the folder in which it created it the first time…
this is very annoying as I know have to wait until all the peak files are generated again…Any ideas as to why I am getting this behavior?? Have I not set up something properly??
