PE4 Media Preparation errors
I just waiting a long time for Pluraleyes to prepare the media before the sync. After it completed, I got “Media Preparation completed with errors”
When I hover over the two problematic clips one says “Getting media properties failed” and the other “Audio leveling failed: audio leveling returned 1”
I don’t see a way to have it try again or anything like that so I’m not sure what to do other than just take out those clips. I don’t have the option to sync while those errors are there.
Any ideas?
They clips seem like they should be pretty straightforward w/typical sounding audio when I look at them in Finder or Premiere…

Hi there, did you find a solution to your problem? I am getting the same red boxes with ‘audio levelling failed’ and I have no idea how to change anything as I can’t see any options…. any advice welcomed!
