  [PE4] clips out of order?

  Hi!

  Here’s the situation:

  -DSLR footage without TC, with restarting filenames (so, multiple instances of MVI_0001.mov or whatever)
  -WAVs without TC
  -FCPX can sort these by original recording time (=file creation date/time)

  BUT!

  -When syncing with PE4 (clips to be synced are placed in the correct order), PE4 changes the clip order seemingly randomly
  -when imported back to FCPX, I can no longer sort by creation date, as this gets reset to time of syncing (=when PE created the clips)
  -PE4 doesn’t read clip names assigned by FCPX (so it always goes with the original filename)

  What I’m left with is a heap of clips without any logical means of ordering or sorting.
