PE 2.0 restoring old photos
I have some 30+ year old pictures which are fading to a reddish-brown color. I am not really sure what the original colors should be, so I do not want to change the hue settings too much.
What is the best way to bring the color back to these photographs in Photoshop Elements 2.0?

For the most part, the scratches and dust don’t seem too bad. Mainly, for what I am using these for, just the orginal color would be good enough.
