  PCIe motherboard for Multibridge Extreme?

  I am the proud owner of a Tyan s2895 (K8WE) motherboard with dual PCIe x16 slots, one of them being occupied by the graphics card, and my question is: Will I be able to plug the PCIe card that comes with the Multibridge Extreme into the second PCIe x16 slot of my Tyan s2895?
  If so: Can I capture to any compressed codec like Avid’s new HD codec or Canopus HD codec or Cineform or any upcoming codec?
