  • PCI Configure utility not showing up after install of HD Extreme card on Mac Pro

I installed the HD Extreme card in a new Mac Pro 2.6 3g of RAM. According to the BMD website I should have seen the PCI Lane configuration utility launch when I rebooted. Howeveer it did not lauch. Is there a way to lauch the application manually?

    Hi Brooks,

Please try placing the DeckLink HD Extreme in the top slot of the Mac Pro and then start up the computer. Does the Expansion Slot Utility now appear? If not, open System Profiler and look under hardware at the PCI slots. Does it detect any card in the top slot?

Having same problem- card shows up in Configure utility but does not appear in profiler or to FCP after a reboot. Mac Pro 3.0, 5GB Ram, Decklink Extreme HD.
