The system slows down while i am trying to edit some DSLR footage.
Should i buy a new RAM or i have to buy a new system?
Note; i am not trying to edit 4K footage.

    Thank and happy new year.

You listed 400 GB of RAM but I think you meant 4 GB. Getting more RAM (16 GB) would help but getting a new system would be wise.

This is a very old system.
The CPU is a first Gen i5, the RAM is only DDR-667 and the GPU is older and underpowered. RAM may not make much of a dfferrence with a system like, this especially for 4K Editing.
