September 30, 2011 at 1:53 pmI have no idea what currency that is but it looks like a lot of money for very little in return.
I suggest that you look at at completely different system.
A dual core machine is very old technology and you won;t be happy with the performance.
An i7 920 is the recommended minimum processor these days with a minimum of 8 GB. of RAM, Windows 7 64-bit and at least two hard drives (one for your OS and all programs and the second one for all your project material). -

September 30, 2011 at 4:12 pmThat one is better but I’d add more RAM and a second hard drive.
What currency is the price quoted in?
That way, I can say of it’s a good price or not. -

October 1, 2011 at 12:24 pmThanks for the price conversion Morty.
That’s more than what I would pay in Canada for a similar box but if you think it’s a decent price, then it is.
I’d still see if they could customize it up to an i7 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 2 hard drives.
That way, you’d be set for dealing efficiently with the newest camcorder formats such as AVCHD.
