PC output into a broadcast environment
I need to get the video output from a PC into digital and analogue broadcast systems.
Unfortunately I know little to nothing about broadcast, at the moment all I have is a PC which out puts graphics on a green background (for a chroma/luma key?) using flash for the animation.
Can anyone give me an idea of what equipment/setup I will need to give the key and fill signals to the broadcaster? And I assume for analogue I would need to accept some kind of reference?
I think the Decklink HD Extreme card might be what I need.
If anyone could give me some guidance in this it would be greatly appreciated.

the DEcklink HD Extreme is an excellent choice, as is the AJA Xena series. If you dont want to deal with any of this, scan converter products from Folsom Research, Communication Specialties (Scan Do), and countless others, will let you take the DVI or VGA output and convert it to video analog outputs.

ps – yes, they all have Ext Ref inputs, however they don’t have H and SC timing controls.
