Pausing playback glitch on external monitor
All 4 workstations in my office are having a similar issue. When playing either a clip or sequence, when I pause or stop playback, the external monitor quickly shows a different frame before settling on the frame that the playhead has stopped on. Every single time.
Weird part is it only happens when I am playing forward and then stop. Reverse to stop is fine. Really annoying especially when editing with a client.Anybody else? Any known fixes for this? I am new to Premiere so it could be a setting for all I know.

i have the same problem. don’t have any idea why it happens. i have a dual boot system. FCP7 on boot 1 and Premiere on boot 2. the problem doesnt happen on FCP7. only on premiere.
