Paste Setting Question
OK, I think I changed a setting and it’s driving me nuts.
So I cut a clip or a series of clips and paste them. When I do so, I am now placed at the end of the clip (in terms of the timeline) where I paste them – as opposed to the beginning of the clip. Now, I’m 99% sure that I used to be able to cut and paste and when pasting I was at the start of the clip. Doesn’t sound like a big deal, but when doing it a bunch it becomes a pain to scroll back to the beginning of the clip. Can anyone please let me know how to change it back, or, if I’ve totally lost it and that’s just how it’s always worked and I just started noticing the burden of scrolling back.

the burden of scrolling back might be alleviated somewhat by just pressing the up arrow on your keyboard … there are some good macro apps out there too if the extra keypress is troublesome
