Particular Anaglyph
Hi Experts.
Does anyone have any experience of working with a Particular particle system in stereoscopic 3D? Does After Effects treat each particle in real 3d space, so that it appears that way when viewing with the Red Blue Anaglyph glasses?
One issue that I am having is that my particle system seems to be displaying blue on the left and red on the right.
All the rest of my objects are red on the left.
Is there a way to adjust this in particular without making the layer a 3D layer?

Go ahead and make it a 3D layer. There’s too much BS about not making layers with 3rd party 3D plugins 3D layers. The only time you shouldn’t do this is if it interferes with AE’s 3D interactions and the results are not to your liking. IOW, just do it and see if things mess up. Oftentimes, you can get away with it.

If you make the particular solid a 3d layer, the particles will not appear in the anaglyph 3d space separately, they will appear flat at the position of the 3d solid’s layer that you applied particular to. The solid is now in the anaglyph space. Ask josh.
