Particles from a color
Does anyone know of a way to emitt particles from a color….Example I have a battery moving around in 3d space and want electical particles to emitt from around it and sort of trail its movement…So I was hoping to render the alpha of it and then use the white area as a a reference for the emitter..so the electric particles only comes from the white area on the screen….

Particular can do exactly this. Emit from a 3d layer, and derive the particle RGB from the layer RGB.
