particleIllusion 3.0.3 activation
Hi, I am having a problem activating my particle Illusion, I enter the serial number and the website just hangs. Am I missing something?

Activation doesn’t work.
I am bored with all the activation problems.
How can I desinstal then reinstall ? Or shall I wait for an answer from support ?Olivier

Support NEVER got back to me… its a hit or miss to activate this product. Not good at all!

It is incredible to have so many trouble when you pay for your software. -
I did reply to you 2 times on 4/27/09 — apparently you didn’t receive the emails, or they got sent to a spam filter.

If you didn’t get my email, then please post here the error message you’re getting, or describe in detail what is happening.
From the email you sent, it seems like you entered the serial number incorrectly, which is why I always suggest using Copy and Paste.
