    hi there,
basically the effect i’m trying to achieve eventually is this one: https://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=gZMrwZItOGE
(i know, i know, it can’t be done!)
but anyway i was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get particles to string together like real liquid does when it’s being flicked about. like the splatter in the vid above: the particles cluster together in the air. it will be a start.

It’s called fluid simulation and you can’t do it with any particle systems that I know that work directly in AE. There are several 3D apps that do fluid simulations. Try google.
