    Hi guys,
I’m working with the basic particle system and I’m struggling with the rotation parameter. The scene is a stack of leaflets falling to the floor. As they hit the floor they all spread out, as what would happen naturally. I’ve simulated this with the turbulence modifier. However, in reality, the pieces of paper would spread out at different horizontal angles. The particle rotation parameter affects H, P and B all together, which is not what I need. I obviously need them to rotate only in two dimensions so they remain flat on the floor.
Is there a workaround for this?
    Cheers,
    Phil

The Particle Storm generator gives the option to spin on a particular axis. Set the type to axis and then set the amount and rate for whichever axis you want to use.
