Particle Playground and Time Offset
While working trying to solve a problem in this thread, we’ve run into a problem. The goal is to create an animation with flowers growing to form numbers. Everything works, except trying to use the time offset+expression to go back to the first frame for each new particle. As soon as time offset is enable(with or without expression), the number of visible particles created drops massively, even though the info window says there may be 1000’s of particles created. Though, the new particles are starting at the first frame, they seem not to be animating quite a bit slower than they should .
Here is the working project to date. Hope someone can shed some light on this, I’m at complete loss now.
