    Particle illusion , when i put in a video always slows down to a 2.4 framerate speed when it sould be 30
    do you know how to fix it or is there a setting to change What dod it do
    also it keeps on not responding
    My computer runs Windows Vista Home Premium
    My graphics card is nVidia GEForce 9400 GT
    Please Help
