    Hi,

    I need your urgent help, I installed my newly purchased Particle Illusion 3.0.4 + Pro Emitter (the $600+ bundle), and activated it 3 times, and still stated – NOT ACTIVATED. I waited half a day to render my files but I can’t find it. 🙁 I need to finish my video today 🙁

    This what I did:

    1. Installed PI 3.0.4
    2. Put in serial #
    3. Activated it.
    4. Press continue, though it still says NOT ACTIVATED.
    5. The program itself hangs and hard to use.

    Also emailed support regarding this matter.

    Thanks, hope you can help me asap.

    1) Install pI3
    2) click “activate online” button that shows in activation window
    3) enter serial number to login to website, then follow instructions to generate activation code
    4) activate pI3 with this activation code

    Is that what you mean? If you didn’t follow those steps, you did something wrong.

    5) Program hangs and is hard to use

    Probably an OpenGL issue. Make sure you have the latest video drivers for your card. (Get them directly from NVIDIA or AMD/ATI sites, whichever is appropriate)
