    Hi everyone,

I need to create the effect of glowing lines which seem to take the contours of an object. These lines however have particles flowing through them. For understanding what i am aiming at, please have a look at the pics i have attached. These are from the “PORCSHE 911 LEGACY Ad.” on Vimeo.

What is the best way to achieve this effect. All help appreciated.

    Thank you all.!

    Hi Virendra,

I think the best way to do something similar is to use an Emitter with Tracer and Matrix, and then a Force Field to control the movement of the particles around the model. Below is a link of a Tutorial that explains this. I hope it will be useful to you.

Thank you very much Kouraib. I appreciate your help very much. Sorry for the delayed reply. But the project got scrapped and I moved on to something else so lost track of this one. Either ways thank you very much for your help.
